RubbersIndia is a company located in Kochi, Kerala, involved in recycling of tire waste into value added products that can be reused in tire manufacturing process for improving processability and performance of the product. The plant is situated in 2 acres of land in total at Industrial Rubber Park, Irapuram, Kochi, Kerala. With over 50,000 square feet of workspace in more than 2 acres of land in total, the factory is capable of processing over 5,000 tons of tire scrap, a sizeable portion of Kerala’s scrap tire, every year into useful products for use in various industrial applications and products.

The manufacturing operations are housed in two plants – one for producing rubber crumb of various particle sizes and the other for producing Reclaim Rubber. The rubber crumb plant has state of the art equipment to convert all types of tire waste into fine powder that is free of any foreign materials and free from nylon, steel etc. The rubber crumb of superior quality is the major input for our Reclaim Rubber Plant. Having inhouse facility for powdering, we make sure that the rubber crumb for producing reclaim has adequate properties that can give superior reclaim grades.
